Great floor plan, ample parking, nice to have no upstairs/downstairs neighbors. On the other hand service is horrible. Average wait has been 6 months after reporting an issue (had to wait 18 months on a few issues.) And you have to report the problem numerous times. Management has lost control - noisy parties and neighbors; police have had to come to quiet neighbors, ticket people who park in fire zones and block entrance/exit to your garage; police even had to break up fight among property children and recently domestic fight among adults. Apartment managers are never in the office and do not return phone calls. They'll jack up your rent each year.
