Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
This place used to be one of the nicest in Kirkland. Now Kirkland has a ghetto. Parking problems, theft, vandalism, and young management are driving people away. The place seems nice at first, but check out the whole complex at both day and night. Nicer places for less $ are nearby.
