Do not move in here. I got out and will never go back. It is true that there are multiple mentally ill people who live there, but they are the least of the problems that infest Hunter's Run. Maintnence is incompitent, the office is always closed, the manager is not very nice. People with nast little dogs let them run rampid and poop all over the place, on sidewalks and no one cleans it up. Dogs that bark for no reason. I have a friend who still lives ther who has a neighbor who can smell the marijuana from his neighbor.
