Grounds are kept nice, very quite. Rarely hear anything from the neighbors. Current Manager is very friendly and takes the extra step to really make you feel like she is there to make you living more comfortable. Neighbors are friendly, but there are quite a few younger residents & latenight activity. Location is great, grocery stores near by & right on bus line. There is enough parking but poorly lit.
