They STILL owe me $ after 6 months moved out

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
The management is horrible. THey never call me back! I moved out of that place in November of 2005, and it is now mid April! I am still waiting for my $ returned to me and a finalized statement. I call them 2-3 times per day leaving a message and have never received a return call back.

I would never recommend this place to anyone simply because of the management problems... namely ------!
