i highly recomend looking into these apartments. i've lived here close to a year, and still am living here, and i don't have one complaint. it's beautiful with the stream running through, i haven't had any instance of crime or violence, the manager (fred) is a really good guy, i can't say he's been too attentive to problems i've had, cause i haven't had any. although, just recently, he came by and swapped out all the old water heaters for new ones before they went bad.

it's perfect for cats, it's very quiet, close to the beach and park, but it's off the main street so it's nice and secluded.

i highly recomend living in this community.
