Fred is the manager. He is wonderful. The apartments are older but quiet and convenient to many things. It is very near Juanita Beach and surrounded by a retirement center with a large garden, a small community park and a salmon creek. There are tall trees and lots of shade. DOGS are not allowed even on the grounds. There is a small swimming pool, a sun deck, a community room and a sauna. The grounds are well kept.

I only stayed six months because I wanted to move closer to my family, but I would highly recommend the complex to single adults who like things quiet, especially if you have a cat.
