the complex is always dirty and there is garbage everywhere all the time.
the grounds are unsafe for the children and the managers never do a thing
about it. the management team is very abusive and lazy when it comes to
repairs. they will damage things worse and then shift the blame.
the decks are unsafe and falling apart right before your eyes.
People have ALREADY fallen through them. The managers are never in the
office. We have called a total of 7 times in one day, and not once was
anyone in the office, but they were sure outside their place smoking those
marlboro lights and babysitting other kids on company time

trash everywhere? who you goin call! try yourself. I was raised with "if you see it on the ground, pick it up"! The decks have been painted and repaired - all summer..all good. If there is only one manager and one maintenance person, and no one to answer calls - that would be because they are out cleaning apartments and picking up trash...can't be in two places at the same time. Have you asked why they can't hire any one? maybe the owners don't have the budget because people skip out not paying the rent, can't say that doesn't happen, right! By law, every worker is entitled to 2 15 minute breaks and at least 1 hour lunch. If you see them smoke - are you more upset because you can't or that you care for their health? Please don't judge smokers...leave a message - there is a message machine...

When you are sitting in your apartment playing video games durning work hours, then that is a problem. The managers did have a helper. Yes, you are entitled to 2 15 minute breaks, WHEN YOU WORK A FULL 8HOURS. We know the rules lady. The whole smoking thing, grow up. Dont judge smokers, OK!!!!! Leaving a message is a joke. They dont return the calls. this is stupid to fight with someone who is uneducated on what goes on with everyone all the time.
