I think these are descent apartments for the price. The trash problem has already been fixed. There is a play yard for children away from the parking lot. The landlords live right across from the office, if you have an emergency you can always knock on the door. i think these complaints are bogus, a lady came to my door and asked me to write a bad review because she had a problem w/ the landlords. I've never had any problems in the year and a half I've lived here. I think you should have look for yourself and not take the word of an angry tenant.

I do know the whole story, we saw and had to deal with this crap first hand. Dont sit there hiding behind your lies you have been told and try to talk crap about people who have had to deal with their nonsence first hand. You dont know everything there lady. Good for you about being latino, who cares really. They are not mean to you for the simple fact of what happened to them about 4 months ago with being racist. Let's just say court was involed and they lost. no need to get all sorts of skervy lady. Just live your wonderful life in a run down complex. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think your facts are incorrect or bias or just plain mean. I have seen the Managers family and i have seen all colors. I don't care one way or another about this blog but if you are going to call some one racist it is usually because the person accusing is the racist. Wake man - we live in 2008 not 1950 - grow up Dorothy we are not in Kansas any more.

going through a court process does not mean that it is always a public record. there are papers that one signs to keep it out of the public. Lets grow up. This board is plain sick. This is here for people to learn about this place and the people who run/own it right? I am hearing a lot of the managers in these blogs. Now I could be wrong, but I dont think so. If you search abit harder, you can always find something. We have found ours. This place is not for us.
