This is a very nice apartment for apartment living. I don't expect a castle for the money we pay. For the price, i see nice grounds with well kept bushes. I think having a play area for kids is great, better than the parking lots like many have. The outside is newly painted since the NEW (been here for several years now)managers, They have done many nice things to this place to improve it. To bad that a few tenants who can't seem to follow rules (which no matter where you live they have rules) bad mouth people instead of seeing the truth. If the managers are so bad, ask yourself, why did they go out of their way to arrange a complex garage sale for EVERY tenant' I know that I have personally when to their apartment late a night and they are ALWAYS helpful. Please use you head, they are MANAGERS not OWNERS. They also follow rules that the owners put in place. Again, ask yourself, who makes the rules at your work. You people need to move on if you have issues, grow up and set a better example for your family. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

another person trash is another person treasure. lady please - if managers have nothing to do with the painting of the outside why the bitching? No i don't have personal knowledge of everyone here but i also know i have been here for years and know if few things too, i just choose to be better than you and keep gossip to myself. but you done pissed me off. Come meet you, HELL NO. i now pray you would have been sold at the garage sale (in the free box). If you know nasty things about them quit being a peeping tom (or susan). And by the way, i have personally needed them after 5 and we all have bothered them after hours, get real, i want what i want and i want it now... I would say you are pissed off at them personally and why? they get to the garage sale first and brought your MOM.. Just in case you can't figure me out, i am just having fun at your expense, but you need a life. Hey there's a bar next door with pervs that would love to buy you some cheese with your wine...:)

please - i know you have lived in apartments all your life and at one time or another we have all bugged the managers after hours. And if the managers are not doing their job (like so many of the blogs presented here- how then are they incompetent? how are they failing? i think you just like to trash them, why? What did they do, make you pay rent? Yes i need school, i pay my taxes like everyone else, you too are lame and its 12:30 at night and we are blogging back and forth and that was the best you got! FYI - the food is great at the bar, its just the people who suck.

I find it very funny that the managers have to post reviews on here to make the ratings go up. Get in the office and do your work like your supposed to be.

The caddiness of this board is enough to make anyone puke. The people who just write to vent THEIR problems with one another is sad. Reading all of this makes you really wonder if coming here would be the right thing. You got to ask yourself, if the majority of the past and present tenants are saying "RUN", and just a SMALL handleful are saying "it's o so great", you will tend to go with the majority. It is awful to see all of this nonsense.
