New management seems to take better care of this place. It was nice to see the green scum pressure washed off the side of all the buildings - finally! Management is professional and helpful. Although I think the place is overpriced for what you get. They'll rope you in with a great signup bonus - then rent goes up by a couple hundred dollars once that's up. Good place for a short term situation, but definitely not a long term place to live. Lot's of kids in their 20's with loud music and foul mouths and divorced unhappy people with children.
