Loved, loved, loved it!! From: vaf29 Date posted: 9/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I lived in this apartment for over three years. The apartment was spacious, sunny, beautifully laid out, clean, and in excellent condition. I had a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the apartment, all of which worked very well. I don't remember much about the grounds other than they were clean. I had covered parking right next to my apartment. The complex had very small workout room, but it had a treadmill and a stair climber that worked just fine, with a little TV to watch. I enjoyed sitting out by the pool. The management was always nice and responsive. Enjoyed walking downtown and by the lake. Please note that I really hated Seattle; this apartment was one of the only things that I really liked. Try getting an apartment this nice for the same price in Washington, DC!! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
