I am a fairly new resident to Montebello and I have to say that I really like living here. I hated shopping for apartments and when I found this one, I jumped on it. The 2 reasons I rented here are: the location (close to 405 and everything else) and the Assistant Manager Christy Lipke. She was so wonderful to work with. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to find someone that is "genuine" that works in these offices. The main reason I hated apartment hunting was having to deal with all of those snotty, fake, 20 year old "leasing people" that dont really listen to your needs. It is almost as bad as used car shopping! If you move into montebello, you are assured a better "office experience"! (Trust me!)

I was also impressed by the landscaping and the beautiful cabana. These buildings are well kept up and my apartment is very modern and comfortable.

Yes, the rent is high, but I believe you get what you pay for. I made the mistake of visiting Cedar Heights, Hunter's Run, and Shadowbrook first. (complete dumps)

The only downside to Montebello, is no attached Garages and there is little extra parking available.
