I would highly reccomend Montebello as a great place to live.
1. Great Value for Price.
2. Large floorplans.
3. Wonderful Location.
4. Helpful Management.
I have honestly enjoyed my time living here and plan to renew my lease when it is up this summer. It seems like a safe area and I feel quite comfortable here.
The only bad thing is.....you can't purchase these units. (They honestly feel like condo quality.)....and you can't beat the location!
My only gripe is having to pay water and sewer. (Many of my c0-workers and friends at other communities do not have to pay this added expense) I pay about $40.00 per month for this and it adds up.
Other than that, a great place to live!!!
