Yeah, they look nice. Yeah, the staff cheerily woos you in. Yeah, there are some amenities. Yeah yeah yeah.

Noise in these apartments is absolutely obnoxious. Management claims they can "do nothing" even though the terms of the lease clearly outline noise issues. We've been complaining about noisy neighbors for months and management claims they are "neutral" and "can't do anything."

Totally unhelpful, unyeilding management once you move in. The honeymoon stops with the first rental payment. You might be lucky enough to get an "Oh Honey, I'm so sorry." from them, but that's about it.

Don't rent here. It's a very pretty, very pricey slum.
