I am surprised that no one mentioned the fishbowl effect you get here. When you look out the windows (on most apartments you are ither looking into someone esles apartment or accross the parking lot into someone else's apartment.

I didn't have a prob. with noise but I was on the top floor. The walls/floors are thin though, my downstairs neighbor got mad about us playing music at a pretty reasonable volume.

The apartments are really nice looking, and have a lot of cool features. Like a separate shower and bath, instant hot water, built in microwave, and alarm.
