The insulation is good side to side however with the floors above you it is terriable. Guests always ask what on earth is going on upstairs that to me is the biggest drawback, you just can't relax being pissed off at the noise all the time. Construction is shoddy at best but I still like it. I would reccomend checking out Aspen Creek, it is really nice as well.
