I moved into Montebello in spring and everything seemed great. I got a good deal on the rent and they even waived half of my deposit. My apartment is nice enough, and I was pretty happy.

But...things have changed. The grounds have really gone down hill. (I mean trash and the dupmsters are overflowing) The neighbors moving in seem to be getting ruder and louder as the months go on. The clubhouse was pretty nice, but it seems like now, every time I go to work out or hot tub things are either broken or filthy dirty.

The staff has also changed. A gal named Cristi Lipke rented me my apartment and now even she is gone too. She was really great! Every time I would go into the office area, she remembered my name and asked me about my family and work. She was great. Now they have this 18 year old looking guy that could care less who you are.

Point is...Montebello has gone downhill fast and I should have just kept looking.
