I have lived here for three years, living in a total of three units. I have been extremely satisfied with every unit I have lived in. In addition, the staff is very friendly and courteous and goes out of their way to make your experience exceptional. Definately worth the $$. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient (never had more than a 24hr turn around time, usually respond with a couple of hours!) every apartment has its own washer and dryer. The fitness center is 24 hrs and contains a weight machine, two treadmills, a bike machine and a stair master. In addition there is an indoor sauna and spa and an outdoor pool that is open in the summer.

You have been satisfied with every unit you have lived in??? If you are so satisfied, why do you keep changing units??? You don't mind paying rent to share the gym with tresspassers, the brother, girlfriend, and the best buddy of the tenet who sneaks in? By the way, my lease agreement said that it was okay to have guests at the gym, and pool, but you had to accompany your guest. You don't mind the extra wear and tear on the gym equipment by people who don't want to pay money for a spa membership, but want you to pay it for them??? There was a kid actually using the gym equipment, and running a sports training business out of the gym. That's right. I was flabbergasted, because management knew him by name, came in and greeted him everyday, and I asked him if he was running a sports training business, using the Cambden Bluffs equipment, and he said he was! He used fowl language all of the time. If they let him run a business, then maybe the garages will be auto repair centers, and storage units sold to boy friends or girlfriends! I guess I can use the pool and charge for swimming lessons, too? I only remember that the sports trainer was called, "Jason."
