Montebello Is the best place to live. I have lived here only a short while, and I love it. IT is beautiful and the office staff and maintenence are awesome!

They are always nice to you the first couple of months. You haven't lived there long enough. Wait until you have real problem, and find out how much of a rent increase you are going to have. They have every shred of financial information on you. Is it still a 25 page lease agreement there? Don't you think it is a bit long? And, if they can make their lease agreeement that long, don't you think they could put in the NRS Codes for tenent's rights along with landlord rights, because they omit the laws that protect you from them in the lease agreemnts in the past.
Beaware, the NRS Code 2030, for instance is 24 hours, that you are not allowed to to disturb the peace in Nevada, because it it a Casino State. This means, that they have to do something about the jerk that drives through the premises with his radio booming and shaking the whole building during the day, and not just after 10:00PM, and to 9:00AM in the morning. See how dumb they are? They shoot themselves in the foot for no real noise control during the day, and the LAW IS ON THEIR SIDE AND YOUR SIDE, to tell these offenders to quit. But, since so many of these people got their real estate licenses at "quick school," they don't think they have to protect you under the real laws, and hope you don't know them.
Put Nevada Revised Statutes into your search engine, and scroll down to NRS Codes ll8A 350 to NRS Codes 520. In here, you will find your legal rights that they gleefully omit, and hope that you are too dumb to know.
The police were in and out of that complex all of the time, almost on a daily basis.
No one who has lived at the place for the length of time that you have even will take you seriously. However, when you do have a problem, now you have a leg to stand on.
