I gotta say my stay so far at Montebello has been nice. My wife and I have been here about 4 months now and rent one of the larger units that are 2 stories (on the 3rd and 4th floor), so aside from the long hallway into our apartment, we have nobody above us. The neighbors on the sides and below us make almost no noise. The neighbors in front of us were a little noisy, but have since moved out. In fact, I'm sure we're *way* noisier than any of our neighbors.

It's not a perfect apartment - the dishwasher is noisy, the refrigerator is too small and the light bulbs go out fairly quickly (we either have bad power or bad wiring). Service replaces them within a few days though.

We've had no problem at all with the office folks - in fact I'm constantly surprised that they remember my name when I come in for a package (I certainly don't remember theirs).

If you're on the north side of the complex, the businesses off the street just down the hill can be noisy at times and the train that goes by twice in the evening is a bit loud, but other than that it's not bad.

There doesn't seem to be a problem with parking around our place. We have a garage and only one car, so it doesn't impact us at all, but there are usually open spots somewhere nearby. You won't always get one right next to the building, but that's to be expected.

All in all, I'd definitely recommend Montebello.
