Lived here for 6 months, building and apartment look great but construction is poor at best, can hear everything. water bill is pro-rated amongst the entire building so even when I was out of town on business for a month, my water bill was alway 35-55.00. What a rip off. Turned in a rent check that was misplaced at the office returned from business to have an attorney letter posted on my door for eviction. Not even a call, when I called with the check number, they acted as if I was lying. Had to cancel the check, never got reimbursed for the cancel check fee of 35.00. I couldn't wait for my lease to be up. Would highly recommend another aparmtent complex.
