Nice apt but...........

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
The apartment was very nice. Good sized rooms, plenty of space. Noise usually not too bad, although we could hear people & pets walking around upstairs. Major complaints came when something needed to be fixed. It took months to have a pretty serious problem resolved. Office staff friendly but frequently not available. Rent raised more than 10% when it came time to re-new our lease after 10 months. We're moving out, and thanks to the BRE HomePlan, saving some cash while buying our new house.
