Moving in was fine, Price was right at the time. After our first 10 months, the price was raised $190 / mth. The Employees treat you like you are inferior and unimportant. Upon moving out we were charged almost $1000 for "A Dirty Apartment" The sound travel from one unit to the next is ridiculous, You can hear laughing, crying, walking, chairs moving, etc. parking is 1 spot per unit, with about 1/2 that many more for guests. Majority of the units are 2-3 bedrooms. You do the math. Moving out was simply a ridiculous list of demands such as "Cleaning the top of the doors" at $1000 to move out, we should have taken the appliances with us when we left.

Thanks, I will get everything in writing with their initials if we move here. That whole "dirty apartment" excuse is a classic scheme for them to take your money and run. File a complaint with the Attorney general for them doing this!
