Good, but going downhill

I've lived here for a number of years, and for the most part it's been a nice place. But they don't keep it up like they used to. Lights all over the complex stay burnt out for weeks if not longer, the sidewalks are in serious need of a power-washing (this used to be done annually), there are siding strips and downspouts missing everywhere, some that have been gone for years, and the siding and exterior windows haven't been washed in who knows how long. This used to be a clean, well-lighted place to live, not so much these days. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
