Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2009
I have lived in my place for over 5 years and I will not move out until I am ready to buy a house. My rent does go up slightly each year but there is nothing else in Kirkland I would live in, believe me I have looked around. If my apt had air conditioning that would be better but I guess most places don't have it either. The other good thing about living here is that they take big dogs. Give this place a chance, I did and I have never regret it.
