Dreadful Place to live. No One should live there. Afghanistan would be BETTER

A Deposit is for Repair They should not make you pay in Excess to fix things. My wife and I complained for almost a year about a Washing machine that smoked and moved scratching that walls and the imcompetent people at Forbes Creek did nothing about it and said there was nothing wrong.
We are currently pursuing legal action through he State Attorneys Generals office for illegal behavior.
Apartment also either Totally HOT OR TOTALLY COLD. If you have to choose to either live on the streets, live in prison, move to Afghanistan or live at the Park at Forbes Creek, choose ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THE PARK AT FORBES CREEK. IT WAS ONE YEAR OF PURE HELL.
