Wonderful Place to Live!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/15/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Yes its true the cell phone service isn't great but thats about the only bad thing for 700 bucks a month rent!! YOU GET EVERYTHING here every amenity you could imagine. The grounds are in superb condition and anyone that comes here always comments on what a great place it is. Its not the Ritz Carlton but like I said its perfect for the price and I couldn't ask for more. Any issue I have had has been resolved with in 24hours as they promised when I moved in 2 years ago. I'm looking for a place for my mom in Kirkland and I might just have her come here too!!
