I lived at the Park for a year. Overall it was a decent place to live. The setting is nice and peaceful with many ponds and a greenbelt separating the apartments from the city. My apartment was quiet and my neighbors were friendly. However, the office staff will tell you anything to get you to move in. Upon move in I was told I would not have to pay anything for the carpet since it was over 5 years old, yet when I moved out they charged for cleaning. I called the manager about it, and she (Cathy) denied ever telling me I would not get charged. Also I was given an apartment with a a "pond" view. What I actually had was a view of pond backwater. It looked more like a sewage treatment plant than a pond; especially in the summer when the algae and slime covers the surface. Beautiful.
All in all the Park was a pretty good place to live. Just be careful in your dealings with the staff. They are out for your money, so keep that in mind.
