pretty happy with the place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Overall, I'm pretty happy with this complex. I like that I'm close to 405, but due to the preserved green belt surrounding the complex, you neither see nor hear the freeway. An added benefit to this is that there are plenty of trails to walk on. The newly remodeled apartments look great. The only things that I consider negative are: 1) The dinner train runs nearby. It's never too loud, nor does it run too late, but it is there. 2) The grounds have hills around them. It can be hard to get cell reception as a result. 3) The pet deposit is (I think) $400, of which only $200 is refundable.
