Forced to leave. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   I have lived there for almost 4 years and got a letter in the mail and on my door saying they are renovating my apartment and that I can move to another unit. They have now taken the offer back and I will be homeless in 28 days. They are forcing me out of my home so they can make more money. The setting is pretty, but the apartments are crap. If you would like to live in a place with mold and mildew problems go ahead. Maitenance is terrible things never seem to get fixed the way they should and the noise is a huge issue wich the office never seems to do anything about. They also raised my rent and I was never told until I got a letter on the door that said I had an overdue balance. I wouldn't live here any longer if they paid me to.
