I'm not going to comment on what other people have said, but me and my girlfriend have been spoiled by living here. The rent is a little on the high side, but with that you get a very clean, quiet complex on a quiet road with many luxury amenities. The club-house is awesome and has a great, high quality gym with near-new equipment that actually works. Also, there are THREE pools, one indoor, and they are always clean and well maintained. The interior of our 1 bedroom is very upscale (even though we don't have the "upgrade" granite counter-tops), but it is a little small. The residents here, as you might expect in Kirkland, are very well-behaved and considerate. It's not ghetto at all like so many other apartments I've been looking at down south. Parking (at least at my end of the complex) is never a problem, and there are usually ample spots left over for visitors every day of the week. Management has always responded quickly to requests and has been very friendly. If you like Kirkland like I do, I wouldn't even bother looking anywhere else besides these apartments; you won't be disappointed.
