I've lived in lots of apartments, and I think this is the best one I've lived in. The apartments are clean and well built, and maintenance is done regularly. When I've called in to report problems, they get solved quickly. And the staff seems genuinely interested in making the place enjoyable, with regular plantings of flowers and shrubs, and decorations for holidays. The view across the lake, with the Olympics in the background, is awesome.
