I have lived in 3 different units in the past 4 years and have had excellent management and maintenance. They have remodeled the past few years so rents went sky high--like ALL apts in this entire area. The walls are PAPER THIN so that is the only real negative. The tenants are professional/ working types so noise/ partying has never been a problem. Except for absolute paper thin walls and hearing gross things sometimes, Pleasant Bay is perfect.
