Best place in downtown Kirkland to live

First off the staff is great, Any time you needed help with something the staff was gracious and fast to help with whatever. It's a great location. I lived there for 1 year and 8 months and I was extremely happy. The buildings look a little old from the outside but inside they are pretty nice.
