I?ve lived there for 6 months and it wasn?t so bad. The apartments are definitely old but luckily I had brand new appliances! The only problems I had to deal with is: 1) I was living next door to the maintenance guy who?s a smoker and let?s say that smoke was seeping thru the cabinets and walls into my apt..YUCK!; 2) the neighbor above me had two yappy dogs that were constantly running around and howling at 5am every morning b/c the owner had to leave for work...earplugs are my best friend; 3)lots and lots of bugs...spiders, which I had approx. 30 small spiders crawling down my windows and walls all at the same time!...found the dead mother on the hinge of my entrance door....sugar ants...; 4)my toilet kept leaking and the maintenance guy kept having to fix it 4x. Otherwise, the apts were nice and quiet. The lady (Gale) managing the place was so sweet and nice! She made sure that any problems were resolved asap.
