Apartments are small for the price. Living room/dining area is OK but the bedrooms are quite small, as is the kitchen and bathroom. Appliances were old but functional. There is little closet space, although there is an on site storage locker. Walls and floors have insufficient sound insulation. I could hear my neighbors' conversations, phones ringing, TV, stereo, kids computer games, barking dogs, slamming cabinets and doors, etc. all the time. Little to no privacy. This complex has all the ambience of a low income housing project. There are large numbers of unsupervised children playing on the grounds, which adds to the noise level, especially in the summer. The complex is also located at most, about 100 yards from an active rail line so you get blasted by a loud train whistle on a regular basis. Management is OK; got my deposit back w/o and hassle. The main problem here is the noise level.
