My parents moved into Plum Court Apartments in 2002 before it had changed Management. Management at the time they moved in took forever to get things done and I was worried for them. I came to visit them in December of 2005 for Christmas and was very impressed with the transition. The place looked very well maintained and cared for. The parking lots were clean and nicely landscaped. When I left I felt good about where they were living. The low income aspect of the property as weird as it sounds brough in a better class of people.
