It's gone downhill!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
We have lived there since 1997 & have been through 2 owner changes. The owners who live in California, could care less about the property. The siding is filthy & they rent to anyone who can pay. This makes for interesting neighbors. Loud, dirty & sometimes obnoxious. Especially the kids with their scooters with motors. Don't waste your time or money! We are out of here as soon as our house is ready.
