Hi, First I want to take the time to let you know that I lived in Rose Hill apartments for almost 2 years. The place was great for about 1 night, the rest... well I hated it. The doors are metal and automatically slam anytime someone goes, these places are so old it shakes all three floors when a door slams. Then the windows so old and thin, cold in the winter, we had a smoker living under us and the smoke came up the venelation in our apartment, maintenance took a couple weeks for anything. Parking is bad too, if you leave you might find some of the drug dealers in that area might have taken your spot. They will tow them if you ask but its still a major hassle. I could keep going but whats the point, The place is old and they are very tight when it comes to fixing a problem.
