The apartments at cascade pines are very nice compared to the apartments in the area. Most of the appliances were new and the maintanince staff is really good at keeping the place up. However, the problem with that place is management. Rarely do they enfore parking problems, noise problems, or pet problems. The largest problem that i had when i was there is residents not picking up after their pets. Also, the pool and/or spa is constantly closed throught out the summer because they only clean them two or three times a week. then when it gets to an illegal state, they close it for a week.
