I moved to Kirkland to be closer to work. The rent was cheap, the cheapest I could find in Kirkland. They weren't very nice, I knew that before I signed the lease, but 799.00 for a 2 bedroom was a deal. Well one month into my lease I had asked several times for my toliet to be fixed, it still constantly runs one year later. The heater was broken, it took 4 requests to fix that. Parking is a joke. All the visitor spots are taken with broken down cars. I have brought it up so many times and still they sit there. I have to pay 25 extra a month just so my company will have a place to park. My lease is up in May and I'm having a hard time finding a new place in my budget, but I really don't want to be stuck here anymore.
