The staff seems great at first but when there is an issue they are the opposite of helpful. The parking issue was supposed to be resolved but the repaving has only made things worse. They will promise that you can get a second parking spot but it won't happen so don't hold your breath. They will tell you that you can park on the street, but that is only a good idea if you want to walk to your apartment past a bar where someone was just shot 3 days ago. The remodel is nice if you don't look closely at the work that was done and a fresh coat of paint and some fake wood flooring does not make up for the questionable neighborhood. There are tons of places that are better and that's where we are moving ASAP!

I have to agree with this 100% They have been remodeling this place since March and it's still not complete. The staff is completely useless and not helpful what so ever! The place looks nice, but if you look closely it's really still a dump. I've lived in apartments for awhile now and I've never heard so much noise in my life as I have in this complex. We extended our lease and I"M SO SORRY THAT WE DID! We are moving as soon as we can.
