Quiet, pleasant place to live

We have enjoyed living at the Spinnaker. The large number of trees are very pretty. And it is very quiet here.
The apartments are well insulated. It is rare that we hear any noise from our neighbors.
The staff, both office and maintenance is very responsive,and pleasant. Whenever we have had a maintenance request, it has been taken care of almost immediately.
We plan to renew our lease, and would definitely recommend the Spinnaker to others.
