I have been living at the Spinnaker for some time now and although I find my neighbors to be friendly, the management is entirely another story. The current manager is unfriendly and highly unapproachable. I?ve made it a habit that if I have any requests to make that I make them on the weekends when she is not around. I will say that when there are repairs to be made that they are done in a timely fashon. When I first moved in I spoke with some residents and they spoke highly of the property and that the management used to organize functions with the residents. In my history at the property I have seen nothing of the sort. I?m surprised in a time when home loan rates are at an all time low and the market is geared towards buying versus renting that the Spinnaker is not doing more to keep it?s current residents. I was amazed at the proposed rate increase I received when they were advertizing free rent for new residents. I am not the first resident to move out because of the unfriendly atmosphere and the raised rates and I know I won?t be the last.
