For the price, the Spinnaker has significantly more spacious apartments and a quiet location. Like most apartment complexes, you can hear your neighbors on occasion, but that should not be a deterent unless you are comparing apartments to houses. Overall the living quality is high.

The staff, however, can be problematic. The head lady at the department has been slandered in other reviews, but she is not purposefully being bothersome - she's just extremely forgetful and thinks she doesn't need to write things down. Why she hasn't been fired is beyond me, but the other young women working particularly Saturday and Sunday are sweet and helpful. Rent must be delivered by hand to an office worker to be reliable. The night slot has been a problem for people who have used it.

I recommend the Spinnaker for living, but when trying to move in, I recommend keep close contact weekly to ensure Shirley doesn't forget anything.
