I don't know who wrote that last commentary on the Spinnaker being a great place to live. They certainly don't live on the same property I do. The manager is unhelpful and always delivers information with a scowl. Would it break her to smile once in a while' No matter how small the task at hand is, she seems to make a mountain out of a mole hill. I go into the office for any help on the weekends when I know she wont be there. The weekend girl is very helpful and pleasant. I wish she ran the property. When is the management company going to see what a poor manager they've chosen and get someone new in there'
