Funny clauses

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
electric bill-- thought that was part of the lease. When I moved out, all of the sudden I started getting bills and bills for the new residence. Researching the lease clauses right now because it was not exactly was expressed when we signed the lease.



In addition, they took out an unreasonably high fee as part of my deposit when I moved out.



Just be careful and get everything in writing with the managers.
