So..it's all great and friendly when your signing that lease, and handing over that rent check! Then, it's a slow flush down the 'ol crapper. The only advantage of living at this property has been the convienient location, and the blessing of upstairs neighbors who basically stay in their rooms watching TV, making minimal noise. We have dealt with spiders, bees, and ants since day 1, and dealt with plenty of bitching from tenants for ridiculous reasons such as "closing the dumpster lid too loud."

I strongly recommend that anyone with children stay far away..better yet..RUN AWAY as fast as you can from this property. Definately not kid friendly! (except on day 1 of that signing of the lease) God forbid your kid hops on a bike or other kid transportation and tries to ride out of the lot to exit....if all the old hags dont ----- and curse at your child,they will flood the office with complaints, and you can bank on a phone call and a letter from management! It's ridiculous!!

It's definately not worth the money. My place is referred to as "the dump" by friends who agree I'm getting ripped off!
We are in the process of moving out because we know that there are better places, for less money and offer much more!
