Lost rent checks repeatedly and proceeded to serve eviction notice rather than acknowledge that rent check had been lost my office staff. Maintenance has no-showed for three maintenance calls. Neighbors have shared their horror stories also. Be sure to interview current tenants. Car theft from parking lots has been recurring issue also. Insulation minimal - heating bills run higher than my previous residence - which was a four-bedroom home - outrageous! Management has had difficulty recently filling the vacant units
